Drew Webster
Assistant Director for Scholar Services (H-1B, TN, Permanent Residency Specialist)
Fun Fact: Drew has done comedy improv, where he pretended to be riding a dinosaur in front of other grownups.
Drew's role in ISSS is to advise all Georgia State faculty, researchers and staff, who are being sponsored by their departments on issues regarding the filing of employment-based visas and green cards, while also overseeing the J-1 scholar program. Drew is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sewanee: The University of the South. He has also received a second undergraduate degree and a Master’s degree in Film Studies from, respectively, the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand and the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. Inspired by his time as an international student, Drew then went on to work for the Humphrey Fellowship Program at Vanderbilt, a Fulbright exchange with educational leaders from developing nations and emerging economies. Drew also previously worked for Georgia State advising F-1 and J-1 students. Drew comes to us from the University of Texas at Austin, where he worked with J-1 scholars, employment-based visas and green card petitions. Drew is a major film and history buff and enjoys poring over maps, hiking and photography.

Allie Seay
Assistant Director for Student Services
Fun Fact: Allie has studied percussion (classical and jazz) since she was 10 years old.
She hails from Liberty, South Carolina and relocated to Atlanta to join the ISSS team in 2016. After graduating from Presbyterian College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a double minor in International Studies and German, she went on to achieve a Master of Arts in International Education from the School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont. She has studied and lived in Germany, which generated a passion for travel and learning about new cultures. Allie enjoys the outdoors, live music and walks with her doggo, Chico!

Charlotte Roulet
Assistant Director for Incoming Student Services
Fun Fact: Charlotte likes to visit filming locations from her favorite movies and TV shows when she travels. Her favorite location so far is Chatsworth House, where Pride & Prejudice (2005) was filmed.
Charlotte currently serves as the Assistant Director for Incoming Student Services for ISSS. Originally from Bellingham, Washington, she received her bachelor’s degree with a double major in French and Linguistics and a double minor in Music and TESOL from Western Washington University. During her undergraduate studies, Charlotte had the opportunity to study abroad in Chambéry, France and Oslo, Norway. She went on to pursue a master’s degree in International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California. In her free time, she enjoys running, playing DND and reading lots of books!

Leah Creasy
International Student Advisor
Fun Fact: Leah is an avid reader and read over 100 books in 2022.
Leah moved to Atlanta from Springfield, Missouri where she graduated Missouri State University with a degree in Global Studies. During her undergraduate studies, Leah worked with international students in various capacities, mainly as a chaperone for field trips and special events. She also had the opportunity to study abroad in Vichy, France during her senior year of college. Post college life has taken her many places, including working for a nonprofit in Long Beach, California and then teaching English in Seoul, South Korea. When she is not at work or reading a new book, Leah can be found cross stitching, plotting a novel, or lost in a bookstore.

Brantley Damon
Customer Services Specialist
Fun Fact: Brantley loves making homemade kombucha and sharing it with friends and family.
Brantley currently welcomes and assists international students and scholars at the ISSS front desk. She has moved around a great deal, living in Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, and Atlanta-- though she mostly considers herself a Mississippian. Brantley received a bachelor's degree in Arabic from the University of Mississippi, where she also studied Education and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. In 2021 and 2022 she had the opportunity to study Arabic in Morocco, and she cannot wait to go back and visit. Outside of work, Brantley loves spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, dabbling in watercolor painting, and listening to podcasts.

Veronique Barnes
Associate Director, DSO, Perimeter College ISSS
Fun Fact: Veronique was born on the 37 square-mile French and Dutch Caribbean island of Saint Martin/Sint Maarten and was an F-1 student.
Veronique has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Stetson University and a Master of Science degree in Counselor Education from Florida International University. Veronique has over 20 years of experience as an international educator. She is passionate about helping students from around the world to attain their academic and personal goals and to have a positive experience in the United States. Veronique lived in Aruba for two years and has traveled to Europe, South America and throughout the Caribbean. She treasures time with her family and enjoys traveling, especially to warm and sunny places.

Deborah Livingston
Senior International Student Advisor, DSO, Perimeter College - Clarkston
Fun Fact: Deborah is a Georgia native! She was born and raised in Gwinnett County, which is part of the metropolitan Atlanta area.
Deborah joined Perimeter College in 2002. Previously, she worked at Gwinnett Technical College in Admissions, the Registrar’s Office and eventually in Information Technology. Deborah assisted with building the online registration system that is still in use at Gwinnett Technical College. Deborah has attended several colleges including Georgia State and the former Georgia Perimeter College. She loves spending time with her four children, relaxing outside, hiking and reading.

Tacoma Robinson
International Student Advisor, DSO, Perimeter College - Dunwoody
Fun Fact: Tacoma’s brother was an artist. In his memory, her art collecting hobby helps to support other artists.
Tacoma has worked for Perimeter College since November 2007 and has over thirteen years of immigration advisement experience. She loves working with International Students and assisting them to achieve their educational dreams in the United States. Tacoma is a Floridian but has lived in Georgia for thirty years. She enjoys domestic and international travel and spending quality time with her family.

Isamar Galindo
Customer Service Specialist, Perimeter College - Dunwoody
Fun Fact: Isa's favorite dish is Caribbean Stewed Iguana!
An international student herself, Isamar feels this is the position for her and is very excited to be on the ISSS team. At 17 she decided to finish high school in Florida and then moved to Argentina for 4 years to study abroad. After moving back to the U.S. she transferred to Johnson & Wales University and finished her degree in Hotel & Event Management. Isamar enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time out in nature and her hobby is working with creatives building photography and videography sets.

Dorcas Dzewu

Fun Fact: Dorcas is quite versatile.
Dorcas is a graduate student studying Actuarial Science. She is originally from Ghana. She came to the United States in 2021 and graduated from the University of Ghana with a bachelor of science in actuarial science. She is currently in Georgia State pursuing her masters of science degree in actuarial science. She loves to cook and eat. She loves sports and adventures such as hiking and camping.

Naga Panguluri
Graduate Administrative Assistant
Fun Fact: Naga is a U.S.S.F. (United States Soccer Federation) grassroots license holder, which allows him to coach a soccer team at grassroots level. He is also a massive Chelsea football club fan.
Naga is originally from India. He came to the United States in 2017 and graduated from University of Idaho in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Public Relations. Currently, he is at Georgia State pursuing his master's degree in Actuarial Science. His biggest interest is soccer, so naturally he spends his time playing and watching the beautiful game, and he loves playing FIFA on his PlayStation. On top of that, he is a foodie and often goes out with his friends to explore new cuisines and restaurants in town.

Yasmine Johnson

Fun Fact: She visits an amusement park every time she goes on vacation.
Yasmine is from the Bahamas and arrived in Atlanta in 2017 and earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting at Georgia State in May 2020. She is now in her first year of an MBA with a concentration in Accounting. Her interests include hanging out at adventurous places like amusement parks and discovering new places in Atlanta.

Aderinsola Osinowo

Fun Fact: Aderinsola’s favorite dessert is ice-cream.
Aderinsola is originally from Nigeria. She came to the United States in 2012, is currently a Sophomore majoring in Psychology and aspires to work in the medical field. She hopes to one day travel to her favorite destinations, the first being Amsterdam, Netherlands. In her spare time, she loves to take go on walks and hikes, and she loves binge-watching tv shows.

Cristobal Rodriguez

Fun Fact: All of Cristobal's siblings have been on study abroad/exchange programs.
Cristobal is a senior majoring in Managerial Sciences in the Data Analytics track and minoring in Psychology. Despite being born in California, he moved to Georgia when he was 1 so all he knows is the sweet taste of the Georgia Peach, a certified ATLien. A wannabe long-distance runner, you might catch him running around Atlanta or enjoying the sweet sound of live jazz and R&B you’ll find in the city.

Gabi Tehrani

Fun Fact: I am a citizen in three countries: Finland, Iran and the United States.
I am a freshman student majoring in psychology. I was born and raised here in Atlanta, alongside my sister Rose and brother Daniel, who also attended and graduated from Georgia State. Prior to attending Georgia State, I trained as a pre-professional dancer at Atlanta Ballet. During this time, I had the opportunity to attend summer dance programs in New York City and Boston and in 2019, I had the privilege of accompanying Atlanta Ballet’s main company on tour to the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. Other than dancing, I enjoy taking walks, reading, listening to music and spending time with my family and friends.

Jadyn is a sophomore majoring in Film and Media. She was raised in Charlotte, NC and moved to the Atlanta area in 2013. Her passions include video editing and reading. She also loves trying new foods and traveling in her free time!

Fun Fact: Before the age of 10, I lived in over 7 different states.
My name is Janai and I grew up as a military child. I was born in Kentucky and have since traveled all over the United States. I’ve been immersed in different cultures and wouldn’t have it any other way. Currently, I am a Marketing major and I plan on traveling the World, once again!

Simone Marletta

Simone is a sophomore student studying International Economics. He is originally from Italy and first came to the United States in 2019 as an exchange student in Arizona. He is very passionate about cooking and always likes to cook and try food from around the world. He enjoys going on hikes, exploring nature and traveling to different cities and countries to learn about other cultures and habits.
