Step 3: Arrival and Orientation

Select the menu items under “Step 3” on the navigation menu above to learn more about these important topics. Be aware that International Check-in and Orientation are required for all international students. First Year International students will also register for a mandatory new student academic advising session.

• International Student Orientation: Complete an online course to learn about your immigration status, benefits, policies and procedures, life in the U.S and campus programs.
• Arrival in the U.S.: Prepare to clear Customs and enter the U.S. at your Port of Entry.
• Arrival Confirmation: Virtually check-in with ISSS so we can confirm your arrival to the U.S. Government and protect your immigration status.

You will receive information to register for International Student Orientation via iStart. ISSS will communicate further details closer to the beginning of the semester.
